Thrust Roller Bearing

Designed specifically for heavy-duty axial loads: Its sole and fundamental purpose is to withstand extremely high unidirectional axial loads. Radial loads are strictly prohibited; it must be used with radial bearings.

Low-speed operation: Due to the large mass of the rollers and significant sliding friction (especially at the flanges), its limiting speed is typically very low.

High rigidity: The line or surface contact design results in minimal deformation under axial loads and extremely high axial rigidity.

Strict installation requirements: The mounting surfaces (shaft ring, seat ring) must be perfectly parallel and perpendicular to the axis. Any misalignment will lead to uneven load distribution and drastically reduce lifespan.

Separable structure: The raceway and rolling element assembly are typically separable for easy installation and maintenance.
