Rolling Screw Bearing

Product Information

Extremely High Load Capacity

This is its most prominent feature. Due to line contact (the rollers contact the screw thread surface), rather than the point contact of a ball screw, the contact area is greatly increased. This allows it to carry 3-5 times more load than a ball screw of the same size, or even higher. It is particularly capable of withstanding extremely strong impact loads.

Extra-Long Service Life

Also benefiting from line contact and a larger contact area, its contact stress is significantly reduced. Under the same load conditions, its service life can reach 5-10 times that of comparable ball screws, with extremely high reliability.

Extremely High Rigidity

The compact structure and numerous rollers, meshing tightly with the thread profile, result in minimal axial deformation of the system. This gives it extremely high axial stiffness, virtually no backlash under heavy loads, and excellent positioning accuracy retention.

High Speed Capacity

The rollers circulate planetarily within the nut, resulting in low centrifugal force and smooth movement. Therefore, its maximum achievable speed is typically higher than that of a ball screw of the same specifications, especially advantageous in applications with large lead.

High Acceleration

Due to its high rigidity and low inertia of moving parts (planetary roller design), it can withstand and achieve extremely high acceleration (up to 100g or more), making it ideal for dynamic applications that require rapid start and stop.
