Testing Facilities1. Dimensional Precision Testing
Accurately measure key dimensions such as inner diameter, outer diameter, width, chamfer size, and fit tolerance of bearings. The measurement accuracy reaches ±0.001mm, fully complying with ISO, DIN, and ABEC standard requirements. Ensure that the dimensional consistency of each bearing meets assembly and application needs.
2. Rotational Accuracy & Dynamic Performance Testing
Detect radial runout, axial runout, and rotational concentricity of bearings to avoid vibration and noise caused by poor rotation accuracy during operation. Measure rotational torque under different speeds to ensure smooth, low-resistance operation. For high-speed application bearings, conduct dynamic balance testing to eliminate inertial forces that affect equipment stability.
3. Noise & Vibration Testing
Test bearing noise levels under simulated actual operating speeds (from low to high speed). The noise test bench has a background noise as low as 20dB(A), ensuring accurate measurement of bearing intrinsic noise. Analyze vibration frequency spectrum to identify potential defects such as uneven rolling elements or surface roughness, and screen out products that do not meet noise standards.
4. Hardness & Wear Resistance Testing
Test the hardness of bearing rings, rolling elements, and cages to ensure they meet the material hardness requirements (HRC 60-64 for common bearing steel) and improve wear resistance. Conduct long-term friction and wear tests under simulated load conditions to verify the service life and wear resistance of bearings, ensuring they can withstand harsh working environments.
5. Sealing & Corrosion Resistance Testing
For sealed bearings (such as 2RS, ZZ), test the sealing effect to prevent lubricating oil leakage and foreign matter (dust, water) intrusion. Conduct salt spray corrosion tests (up to 48 hours) on bearing surfaces to verify the anti-corrosion performance of surface treatments (such as chrome plating, zinc plating), ensuring adaptability to humid or corrosive environments.
6. Lubrication Performance Testing
Verify the compatibility between bearings and lubricating oils/greases to ensure stable lubrication performance under different temperatures (-40℃ to 180℃) and speeds. Test the lubrication retention capacity of bearings during long-term operation to avoid premature failure caused by lubrication degradation.
